Mozi

Malware designed for exploiting vulnerable Netgear routers.

Mozi is a piece of malware that exploits CVE-2024-12847 vulnerabilities found in older Netgear routers, enabling unauthorized command execution. It facilitates remote code execution through poorly secured administrative interfaces, often resulting in the recruitment of routers into botnets for malicious activities such as DDoS attacks or cryptocurrency mining.
